Addition of 2 Wheeler or 4 wheeler in Existing Driving Licence Hyderabad
At the time of applying for driving licence ,suppose you applied only for 2-wheeler , gave the test and got the licence and now you want LMV (light motor vehicle) or 4-wheeler licence to be added to the same driving licence. Then follow below procedure.
Requirements
1. Valid Driving Licence.
2. Valid Learners' Licence for the category.
3. Application in Form No.8. Download
4. Form No. 1(Self declaration as to the physical fitness for Non- Transport vehicles only). Download
Form No. 1 A (Medical Certificate-for Transport Vehicles only). Download
5. Fees as prescribed along with user charges.

Addition to a new Class of Vehicle to a Driving Licence
A person holding a driving licence for Motor Cycle may similarly apply for addition of a light motor vehicle at any time.Requirements
